Samsung released the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE Plus less than a month ago. Nonetheless, rumours about new Android tablets by the company have already emerged online. This time, Android Authority claims to have discovered references to three new tablets in 'code', which we suspect relates to a recent One UI.
On the one hand, the website reports that Samsung will finally replace the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite after three generations. Confusingly the company has elected to refresh the tablet biennially, culminating in last year's release of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) (curr. $268 on Amazon). According to Android Authority, cellular and Wi-Fi variants of the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite are in development with the same Exynos 1380 5G chipset (S5E8835) used across the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series.
On the other hand, early evidence suggests that there will be no direct successor to the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus. Instead, codenames 'GTS11' and 'GTS11U' appear to indicate that Samsung is working towards releasing the Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra later this year. Code snippets also contain the reference 'MT6691', which should relate to MediaTek's Dimensity 9400 chipset. Unfortunately, other details about these three tablets remain unknown for now.
